Finance Clerk

Service Company hiring an accounting clerk to support the accounts payable functions. 

Duties:

• Audit incoming invoices for accuracy
• Data entry of payable invoices for processing
• Assist with purchasing process
• Assist with preliminary lien process
• Research vendor information
• Follow up with various departments for approvals
• Relieve receptionist daily for lunch and breaks
• Filing

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1 year of clerical experience similar to above
• Experience with data entry
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and willing to learn.
