Position Objective
To collaboratively work with ESE, ITSC, STAM, AM and others in the organization for the growth of the Finance Practice throughout the country. This position will need to have significant understanding of IT solutions related to banking and compliance and be able to explain the value proposition.
The National Sales Manager works closely with Area Sales Manager, Regional VP, Market Directors, ESE and ITSCs to grow the Finance Practice. Role will expand to also supporting both the Direct and Dealer Channels where applicable.
Essential Job Functions
• Participate in development of “Go-To Market” strategy for practice
• Assist with evaluation and development of new solutions and offerings
• Assist with development of best practices
• Assist with development of training curriculums
• Attendance at Industry networking events and key tradeshows
• Sales Leadership & Coaching
• Subject matter expert in All Covered Finance solutions and services
• Training of ESE, ITSC, STAM, AM and others on the benefits of the solutions and how to present to clients
• Business Planning

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
• BA or BS degree or equivalent combination in computer science or business related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in banking and finance focus area
