ABC Traffic Programs is looking for an entry level part time clerical support assistant-Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Phone handlingData EntryHandling client and program correspondence/emails and forwardingAssisting Corporate staff on day to day functionsFilingCustomer ServiceQualifications:Ability to prioritize and multi-taskBilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not requiredStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedStrong Computer skills typingPlus: Registered Drug and Alcohol Counselor and/or Registration as an Intern upon hiringWill report directly to and work closely with Corporate Staff.Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-1pm
