This is a permanent opportunity with the company.

The hours are full time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.

until 5:30 p.m.

The company will provide some benefits after a short 90 day probationary period.

The employer will provide paid training.

The starting pay is up to $16 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal applicant will have experience working for an insurance company that provides auto, home and life insurance as a customer service representative or receptionist.

Individuals do not have to have insurance experience to qualify but should have an interest in learning this industry.

The Assistant will answer incoming calls and greet clients.

Transfer calls, take messages and provide general customer service.

The receptionist will also greet visitors, coordinate the conference room and manage office supplies.

Additional duties will entail learning basic administrative and clerical duties while also performing data entry on electronic files.
