The Medical Assistant/ Medical Administrative Specialist (MA/MAS) Instructor is responsible for providing quality instruction to students that meet the program and course objectives.
The MA/MAS Instructor should maintain an organized, disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to learning and imparts the requirements of the relevant workplace setting to existing students.n n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:n n Understanding of education environments including needs of adult learners Ability to provide a positive and effective learning environment Knowledge and understanding of professional career paths for which students are enrolled Motivation, dedication and enthusiasm for teaching Good Organization and Communication Skillsn Credentials and Experience:n n A minimum of four years’ of related practical work experience in the field of Medical Assisting (Front and Back Office) Associate’s Degree Required in a related subject area, Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject area is preferred CPR Certification, BLS Certification, First Aid Certification, and CMA preferredn Powered by JazzHRn ncFwWxLWlmz
