Sales Administrative Assistant-BM


This is a Full-time position in Anaheim, CA posted February 28, 2021.

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Assistant will assist the territory managers through pipeline building and sales support. They will build email and call campaign lists, manage data input, log analysis, coordinate internal contract processes, and improve efficiencies.


Prepare and maintain email and call lists for prospecting campaigns
Log responses
Maintain activity in customer relationship tool and excel
Manage and update contact research information
Manage prescribed timelines for communications
Support back-office needs in preparing proposals
Organize data for pricing and competitive analysis
Other duties as assigned.


College degree and/or combination of education and experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and thorough in completing tasks
Deadline driven, able to multitask and make decisions quickly
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little guidance and/or supervision
Takes initiative on new responsibilities and challenges
Proficient in time management, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and project goals
Able to work independently and cooperative in a team
Able to communicate in the written and verbal form in a clear, professional and courteous manner
Highly dependable and follow through with obligations
