Responsibilities & Duties: Operate machine that manufacturers bags and automatically separates them at a specific amount.Remove bags from machine discharge area and stack into a pre-determined amount.

Once the set quantity is achieved, activate the baler to perform initial bundling of bags.

Wrap and tape each bale of stacked bags and then forward down the production line for additional packaging, boxing or wrapping.Regularly inspect bags for defects.

Check for proper folding, print quality and if glue seams are satisfactory.

Remove and replace all bags not meeting quality standards.Perform minor machine maintenance.

Clean and oil machine, clean ink pans and printers, and change print plates as needed.Clear minor jams and immediately notify adjusters of any machine malfunction.

Assist adjusters as required.Assist in placing paper rolls into feeding and holding devices as requested.Accurately complete all required paperwork and forms.Sweep and clean designated work areas.Complete all other duties the Supervisor deems necessary.

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but less than high school education is acceptable; experience preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Be able to perform all physical components of the position, with reasonable accommodation if requiredCovid-19 vaccinated prior to in-person interviews and site-visits and committed to taking all necessary and appropriate FDA approved and CDC recommended boosters during AJM employment.
