Machine Operator

Job Description BaronHR is currently looking to fulfill a Machine Operator for our client in the City of Anaheim, CA.

Pay Range $18.00/hr
– $21.00/hr 1st shift $18.00/hr / 6:30AM-3:30PM 2nd shift $21.00/hr / 3:00PM -11:30PM Specific Duties: Safety
– Maintain a Safety First attitude Work to prevent injuries to yourself and those around you Establish and maintain good housekeeping Wear required PPE and comply with all GMPs standards Qualifications/Expectations: Demonstrate good attendance report to work as schedule and on time Demonstrate ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions Be open to Supervisors work instructions and production changes Be prepared, to work in a dusty environment (casual regular clothing, i.e, t-shirt, jeans, etc.) Receive soap pouches from machine through a conveyor belt Pack pouches into polybag Place 30 polybags into bin Place 4 bins on product cart (bins can weight Around 50 pounds) Randomly inspect pouch weight and sealed quality Daily fill out quality inspection form and production results Daily clean work area at the end of shift Record work hours daily and sign your timecard at the end of your shift Maintain machine and clean work area during and after each shift Report immediately machine or product quality issues to Supervisor Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift at least 50lbs., long periods of standing, walking, bending Other Requirements: Successfully passing a Health Screening, drug test and Livescan background check.
