This position is in a fast-paced environment but will provide career fulfilling perks.Job Duties:-Greet each customer with empathy and consideration while upholding APN’s core values.-Manage incoming calls regarding Customer Service inquiries such as order changes, status updates, and cancellations.-Uphold sales qualities and effectiveness to retain the current customer base.-Suggest additional marketing products to benefit the client’s company.-Prevent and reduce product returns to ensure customer retention.-Suggest effective solutions that are mutually beneficial to the company and the customer.-Partner with the management team to tackle customer product issues.-Identify and track trends that affect customer satisfaction levels.-Communicate with management regarding product misrepresentation and errors-Provide consistent follow-ups to all customer inquiries via phone/email daily to each customer.-Document customer inquiries, solutions applied, and prevent future problems relating to the respective order.-APN offers small business owners additional services including local listing verifications, website development, and reputation management.Qualifications:-Minimum two years call center experience.-Background in customer service, retention, or sales.-Experience with a CRM System.-Ability to easily pick up skills and multitask in a fast-paced environment.-Display collaborative qualities and work well as a team player-Listing management, SEO experienceProvided:Spacious break roomKitchen (coffee, microwave)TV’sHot/cold water filterIndividual desk spaceJob Type: Full-time, in-person at the office (No Remote Work)Pay: $15.00 $18.00 per hour, Plus Bonuses, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays.Full-time ONLY: 7AM 4PM, Monday Friday, Weekends Off.Benefits: Complimentary employee lunches, hands-on training, exciting company-wide eventsJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 $18.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Daily temperature screening, disinfectant cleaning, masks, hand sanitizer, desk distancingAbility to commute/relocate:Anaheim, CA 92807: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
