” I can succeed as a Retirement Plan Services Specialist at Capital Group.” As a RetirementPlan Services Specialist, you enjoy providing service and support for unbundled plans by phone, email and online portal ensuring resolution of unclear or incomplete requests over the phone.

You will p rovides day-to-day service and support for PlanPremier Third Party Administrator (PPTPA) customers responding to inquiries received via inbound phone calls, emails and online portal.

You will be in the liaison to internal and external contacts including the plan sponsor, financial professional, and business partners to ensure accurate ongoing administration of plans.
