Full-time Monday-Friday Schedule after initial training – 8 hour shift ranging from 6AM-5PM Pacific time.
Company located in Anaheim, CA
Outbound calling, 60-100 daily, working to procure medical documents and records about a patient’s health care, ensuring secure remote access for health care providers, billing departments, or workers processing an insurance claim, contacting clinics to request records.
This position requires previous call center experience, remote experience preferred! Must also have strong, wired, internet connection, a desktop or laptop computer, and a microphone headset.
