Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service Associate
- This position will work closely with a team to assist with inside sales orders, specifically with the Japan customer
Performs duties related to overall customer service:
- Provides support to sales team with regard to customer concerns.
- Inputs, maintains, tracks sales orders
- Coordinates with sales reps and customer to provide product status and delivery
- Coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and quality to ensure timely shipments
- Provide monthly on time delivery analysis
- Clerical office support including scanning, document retention, and filing
- Knowledge of supply and demand within MRP
