Customer Service Representative – Anaheim, CA up to $20 DOE TH

We have a client with an immediate need for two (2) Customer Service Representatives to join their team! They are conveniently located near the 57/91 freeway interchange. This is a full-time Temp to Hire position. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM. Job Duties: Handles incoming calls and utilizes a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities. Learns and maintains an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service. Presents oneself as professional, confident, and enthusiastic in order to develop trusting relationships with all customers. Assists with processing of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Coordinates with sales, warehouse, purchasing and finance employees to ensure high levels of customer service and achieve operational efficiencies. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint. Goes the extra mile to engage customers. Assists with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
