Under general supervision, responsible for the effective handling of planning, organizing, and executing all steps that are required to meet project objectives within predefined programs.

This position assists as liaison and relationship coordinator between all entities or systems required to complete projects.

Leviton’s Intense & Birchwood brands are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Service Project Coordinator to contribute to the growth of our Anaheim facility.+ Assist project managers+ Help complete or coordinate project tasks with internal and external stakeholders or systems as requested by project managers to typically include: + Setup of new orders Preparation of submittal, production, operation/maintenance packages + Monitoring and maintenance of released orders Project and process audit assistance + Provide support through all project phases including but not limited to communication management, order entry, order tracking, scheduling, file maintenance, and completion + Obtain pertinent related information from customers, including but not limited to: contact information, scheduling, application data, site information, request for information + Respond to project-related customer inquiries via telephone, email, or other means in a consistent courteous, and professional manner+ Help coordinate and identify requirements for project completion + Identify issues, determine the appropriate course of action, escalate if warranted, and communication with necessary parties as required+ Review, prepare, and revise project materials to ensure that they meet customer requirements + Contribute to team efforts in a cooperative and supportive manner while offering best possible values and solutions+ Identify areas for improving efficiency and accuracy in day to day operations; provide continuous feedback to management Education & Experience+ Associates Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience + Must have 1 to 2 years+ Customer Service/Project Management experience Skills & Abilities+ Must have excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills + Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office and web enabled programs+ Must be able to prepare accurate, up-to-date and concise oral and written reports and reviews on project schedules + Must have outstanding organizational skills + Familiarity with basic database structures and electrical technology a plus+ Good listening skills Technologically savvy + Analytical ability Travel+ Less than 5% Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
