ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Learning and Enablement team members are outstanding ambassadors of the company and excel at bridging the learning gap for users. We are specialists at adopting innovation and mastering technology. We are passionate about helping employees and customers, and representing our products, team, and organization.
As the Support Learning & Enablement Content Developer, you will write and edit instructional content, communications, and learning materials. You will schedule and coordinate live training and will update customer and internally facing materials. You operate with agility and adaptiveness, possess strong visual and verbal communications skills, use interactive media for a great learning experience, and can represent Customer Support technology.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Partner with subject matter experts to develop instructional content and materials supporting learning programs (presentation materials, job aids, and other performance support).
Prepare both customer and internally facing documentation and communications.
Schedule and facilitate virtual instructor-led classes.
Generate measurable learning objectives; develop, implement, document and evaluate learning assessments and outcomes.
Know products and technologies as they evolve and improve.
