The Program Director is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the nursing assistant training program students and instructors.
The Director must maintain program standards, including continued compliance with all state and federal regulations governing program operation.
The Director will also review instructor practice in theory and clinical settings, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.n n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:n n Knowledge of education environments, including the needs of the adult learner Ability to promote positive and effective learning Motivation, dedication, and enthusiasm for promoting adult health-care educationn Credential and Experience:n n Must meet the requirements set-forth by the CDPH for CNA Program Director A minimum of four years’ experience as a licensed registered nurse Current, active, unrestricted California licensure as a registered nurse Excellent organizational and communication skills High School Degree or GED requiredn This position will require travel and oversight of two campus locations, Alhambra and Anaheim.n nPowered by JazzHRn nI3Ze0KaJf1
