Job Summary
Always maintain the utmost in professional care by assuring that we maintain timely delivery of needed services and working to foster an atmosphere of confidence in the process of recovery.
Develop and maintain a data performance reporting system that outlines incidences of interest to management.
(Newly acquired Risk/Safety software tools provided)
(Newly acquired Learning Management System LMS software provided)
Work to make the Environmental Health & Safety events a positive experience for participants also soliciting feedback through survey and another objective tracking (Automated)
Specific Duties
Technical Skills – Computer literacy a must; ability to understand and use Microsoft Excel and Word. Duties include e-filing, ordering, data entry, software proficiency, and project management.
Communication Skills – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, as well as customers and partners.
Fluent English, both oral and written.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Work Environment – This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, faxes, and scanners.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications – EH&S experience and/or exposure/knowledge.
