Our Recruitment/Staffing Firm is actively seeking for an experienced Full Desk Recruiter who has a passion for staffing/recruitment and is open to taking on a Part-Time Trainer role, training Entry Level – Jr Level Recruiters on how to succeed in their role.
Requirements: What You Need for this Position
- Must have proven expertise in Full Desk Recruitment.
- Must have experience in training a team of recruiters in the craft of Staffing/Recruitment.
- Must have a passion for leadership and training
- Should be Tech savvy and have experience using computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.…)
- Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills
