Under general supervision, provides support in administration and maintenance of Human Resources activities including recruitment, employment recognition, benefits, file management and departmental operations. Responsible for providing support for the department when requested. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent related work experience (minimum 4 years Human Resources experience or Human Resources certification)
Proficient in computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint); Knowledge of HRIS system required.
Knowledge of EEO and Labor Law
Strong analytical thinking skills and self-starter.
