Job Description GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: An innovative leader in providing staffing solutions, Eastridge Workforce Solutions, is currently seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join our Commercial division within Workforce Recruitment. This position will require to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS: Source, identify, and recruit a high volume of candidates for temporary, temporary to hire and permanent positions. Screen, test, interview and match candidates to clients hiring needs. Obtain, review and input completed forms from each candidate into an applicant tracking system. Conduct references, drug screens and background checks on candidates. Present job opportunities to qualified candidates. Take job orders and probe effectively for details of job descriptions from clients Participate in job fairs. Handle all employee relation issues with temporary employees. Conduct quality control checks with clients/candidates. Build ongoing loyalty and relationships with clients/candidates. Write job descriptions and post open positions on job boards This role is regularly required to engage in professional and interpersonal written and verbal communications with a wide variety of individuals including, employees, customers, vendors, managers and others. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE 1 plus years experience in a high volume staffing/recruiting, fast paced or high volume call center, retail or restaurant environment. Ability to build loyalty and relationships with clients Process Management and figuring out the processes necessary to get things done; Attentive and active listening skills. Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and time management skills. Sense of urgency and work well under pressure.
