PPOSBC has a regular, full-time opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator in Orange County.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Conducts pre-employment screening steps (i.e.

application, resume, reference checks, background checks, language tests, pre-employment testing etc.), preparing employment offer letters, following up on offers, and scheduling new hires for orientation. Responsible for applicant tracking and ensuring all data is entered in the system promptly allowing for immediate access to staffing metrics. Performs reporting and analysis of Human Resources Recruitment data.

Creates both routine and ad-hoc reports that are audience appropriate, timely and accurate.

Updates the ATS with management and location changes. Reconciles all recruitment related invoices and submits them for approval and to Accounts Payable for payment. Coordinates the completion and verification of background checks and necessary information for all Residents.

Partners with the Intern/Volunteer Coordinator to complete the background checks for interns and volunteers. Ensures that proper paperwork is completed for all internal promotions, transfers, job change, etc. Responsible for updating internal job postings as needed, advertising position openings and informing external agencies and organizations about our openings as appropriate. Answers employment opportunity questions from potential internal and external applicants. Assists in the design and maintenance of the Human Resources Recruitment website. Ensure that the Human Resources Department has an internal and external reputation of competency, fairness, confidentiality and the highest level of customer service to internal customers and external vendors. Remain current on all applicable laws, regulatory compliance and standards of practice in your area of responsibility. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.

A minimum two years work experience in a human resources department with at least one year focused in recruitment; health-carerecruitment preferred.

Possess a working knowledge of State and Federal laws as it relates to Human Resources. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional Excel/reporting skills required. Strong analytical skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
