• Enthusiastic goal setter with drive to deliver and exceed results toward monthly sales quotas.nn nn
• Passionate about home automation and security services and providing comprehensive, custom consultations to home and business owners based on individual lifestyles and needs.nn nn
• Ability to cultivate ongoing, positive relationships with current and potential customers.nn nn
• Perform as the face of Alert 360, promoting a positive company image and ensuring customer relations while presenting Alert 360 products and services to potential and existing customers.nn nn
• Utilize company-provided CRM for all leads and continual updates through the sales process.nn nn
• On-site cold calling and networking to find new business.nn nn
• Schedule new on-site appointments with homeowners or business owners to complete sales presentations and keep pre-scheduled appointments.nn nn
• Follow through in a timely and professional manner with the entire sales process.nn nn
• Develop and work a daily activity plan with management; track the results of the daily activity for review with managementnn nn
• Superior organizational and follow-up skills.nn nn
• Report activity as requested to your Sales Manager or Branch manager.nn nn
• Follow up with customers after installation to assure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals.nn nn
• Assist with collecting any past due balances on customers with whom you have agreements.nn nnDesired Skills and Experience:nn nn
• Self-motivated and able to work independently taking initiative in identifying and resolving problemsnn nn
• Excellent interpersonal skillsnn nn
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsnn nn
• Proven team building skills, shares knowledge and is easily coachablenn nn
• Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customersnn nn
• Strong analytical and negotiation skillsnn nn
• Knowledge of a plus but willing to train if notnn nnRequirements:nn nn
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screennn nn
• High school graduate or equivalent.nn nn
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurancenn nn
• Have or be able to obtain an alarm sales licensenn nn
• Qualify for local licenses as requirednn nn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekendsnn nn
