Army Installation Management Command

This is a Full-time position in Anaheim, CA posted June 19, 2022.

Summary This position is located at Kilauea Military Camp (KMC), Hawaii National Parks, Big Island of Hawaii.

KMC, a Pacific Lodging Recreation Lodging facility located within walking distance of Kilauea Volcano, has served American’s military family for over 100 years with historical charm.

Responsibilities Cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas.

Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes using light and heavy duty powered equipment.

Operates industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc.

Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities.

Cleans, and dusts assigned areas.

Empties trash.

May make beds and changes linen.

Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt.

Moves heavy furniture.

Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties.

Must have basic knowledge of common cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, equipment.

Must know proper uses of variety of special cleaning, sanitizing solutions, must be able to remove different kinds of stains from wide variety of surfaces.

Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 1.

Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade, to keep the assigned work area neat and clean.


Must be able to communicate in both orally and in writing.
