We rely on the founding team’s scientific research and fully-Integrated supply chain to establish a ” Supply chain“ and cross-border e-commerce platform to deliver high-quality dietary supplements to users and families worldwide.About the role: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for brand marketing strategy and master calendars for marketing projects, ensuring communications across all departments are consistent with the company’s brand positioning.
The Marketing Specialist will support the internal team in developing and implementing marketing strategies, while providing direction for all collateral, website and other visual and digital communications for the company.
Additionally, this person will assist with planning of marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, email marketing, negotiation & execution for select categories of business.
This position is well suited to a collaborative, creative and analytical thinker who is goal and action-oriented, with the organizational ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Responsibilities: Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaignsAssisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trendsManage and oversee social media contentCommunicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong networkUndertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assignedCollaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing effortsAssist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategiesJob Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required; with 1-2 years proven experience as marketing specialist/PR or similar roleWell-organized and detail orientedExceptional communication and writing skills requiredSolid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and willingness and ability to learn company-specific software or system tools.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $23.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus paySigning bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Face mask required.Work Location: One location
