Social Media/Digital Advertising Specialist

This is a Full-time position in Anaheim, CA posted April 1, 2021.

Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada.

We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre Brea and Pure Barre Anaheim Hills and are seeking a skilled and intelligent part-time social media/marketing specialist to aid with production of creatives for social media and other digital marketing platforms for our luxury fitness brand.n nIdeal candidates will possess extensive knowledge of creative marketing through the generation of unique and engaging media such as videos, photos, and graphic design.

Candidates must be able to capture a myriad of audiences on social media platforms by promoting Pure Barre”s culture and core tenants to drive new clients into our studios.n nResponsibilities:n n Monitor activity and create, implement, and optimize social advertising campaigns across various company social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Application of actionable insights derived from campaign analytics and data to interpret relevant information/insights such as established KPI”s, conversions, engagements, etc.

Produce social media marketing campaigns and promotions using both existing content and recently created content.

Engage with customers on all social media platforms in a way that honors and upholds Pure Barre standards and ideologies, while simultaneously being time efficient and informative.

Spearhead creation of social media content in collaborating with our team.

Understanding of optimal times to post for different audiences.

Create an optimized posting schedule with customer engagement metrics in mind.

Analyze and prepare summary reports on data analytics and metrics across all social media platforms.

n Competencies:n n 1 year social media, digital, or content marketing experience preferred.

Extensive knowledge of and experience with Facebook Ads Manager Extensive experience with creating photos, videos, and graphic design for digital marketing.

Bachelor”s degree in business, marketing, advertising, public relations or related fields preferred.

Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics and digital metrics platforms.

Extensive proficiency of branding, competitive analysis, audience building, web and social analytics, targeted content, and social trends.

Works well in a team setting, is highly organized, and dependable Able to pick up and integrate new skills and techniques quickly.

Comprehension of advertising means available on different social platforms Willingness and desire to learn and grow creative skills.
