· Seeking a part time Behavior therapist to work one on one at a clients home
· ABA includes: playing, teaching through play, and structured teaching in a one-on-one setting.
· The goal of ABA is to increase skills and decrease inappropriate behaviors of our clients
· Part of the position is working with your supervisor to collaborate and determine the best ways to improve the child’s skills and behaviors
· We provide excellent paid training and ongoing supervision to all of our Behavior TherapistsWhat you will need to have…
· Availability to work at least 3 weekday afternoons – schedule can be flexible around Holiday season along with finals week for employees attending college
· The job includes teaching through play, so being fun and creative is a part of the job!
· Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to commute to clients as scheduled
· This job requires the minimum physical abilities of bending, standing, manual dexterity to hand-write notes, running, lifting, and ability to work with children.
· While there are some times when behaviors of the client make the position intense, it is a very rewarding and exciting career in which you have the opportunity to make a strong impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
· Ability to pass a background check that will be conducted if hired

for all employees working in the homes of clients.

The company requires the family members of the client to wear a mask when in the room and/or to remain 6 feet away from the session with the child.

We have two interviews, and both will be done via Zoom online.

For those hired, orientation will be done remotely via zoom.

A majority of clients are being seen in person, in their homes, with protective equipment for staff.
