Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are currently seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Anaheim/Stanton CA You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Aperto Property Management is an equal opportunity employer, and uses E-Verify as part of the I-9 process to verify the work eligibility of all new hires.
