– All new employees will accrue 13 days of PTO their first 12 monthsASE Certifications($100 bonus for each active ASE certification held)California Property & Casualty Adjuster License (Incentive pay offered for this license)Equipment for a remote working environmentHigh levels of autonomy and responsibilityWork with a small team that makes a huge impactWhat You’ll Do: Answer phones in a courteous and efficient mannerReview contract coverage terms and conditionsReview inspection reportsProvide excellent customer service to every contract holderAdjudicate claims in a cost-effective mannerEnter claims and estimates information into computer claims systemsDocument files to include all key activities regarding estimates, repairs and evaluation summary reflecting and revisionsEnsure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correctProvide accurate, courteous and timely information to all external and internal customers concerning claim status and other claim inquiresConduct and coordinate loss investigations on all claimsRecommend further action on claims exceeding authority limitsReview coverage questions and work with supervisor and claim management for approvalMay aide in the training and mentoring of new employeesOther duties may be assignedWhat You Need To Bring:Strong understanding of how a vehicle operates mechanicallyKnowledge of automotive partsExperience in automotive industryBasic Microsoft Office 365 experienceBasis Internet search engine experienceAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formatExcellent customer service skills, and ability to effectively manage a customer phone callStrong multitasking skillsMust be able to pass both a Computer and Typing Skills AssessmentHard wired (not Wi-Fi) high speed internet 50 MBPS download/6 MBPS uploadThis position is 100% remote but must reside in one of the states listed below:ArizonaColoradoFloridaIndianaKentuckyMissouriOhioOklahomaTennesseeTexasThis job is similar to Claims Adjuster, Service Advisor, Auto Technician, Auto Mechanic, Auto Warranty Clerk and Automotive Warranty Technician.
