Maintenance Technician
FULL-TIME
$34.16/hr
Maintenance Mechanics perform a variety of activities to maintain plant equipment and facilities in optimum operating condition.
These activities include but are not limited to:
– Following all safety rules and practices
– Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level
– Performing emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations
– Using measurement and test equipment accurately
– Performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed
– Maintaining clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks
– Accurately and completely preparing and maintaining maintenance records and other paperwork
– Maintaining teamwork with other associates
– Performing other duties as assigned by supervision

Qualifications
Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
Must pass background check
Can lift 50 lbs
Must be at least 18+ years old
– Must be willing to work OT including Saturdays as needed
– Requires strong mechanical skills and aptitude
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Written and verbal communication skills
– Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics
– Post High School training preferred
– Ability to read, write, and speak English
– Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
– Well-rounded electrical, mechanical, and machine shop skills and experience
– Corrugated Industry Maintenance Experience preferred
