PAPE’ MATERIAL HANDLING, INC. – ANAHEIM, CA SHOP TECHNICIAN: Position will diagnose and repair all makes and models of material handling and construction equipment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Pre-delivery setup and installation on all equipment. Analyze and diagnose (troubleshoot) equipment malfunctions or failures. Repair, replace or rebuild transmissions, masts, differentials, hydraulic system components, engines, electrical systems and steering systems. Welding and fabrication as necessary. Perform assigned tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. At all times operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Minimum of 3 years experience working onvarious makes and models of forklifts or construction equipment required. Must be assertive, a self-starter, and able to work without direct supervision. Good communication skills both written and oral are required. Applicants must have own tools.
