Enrollment Development Specialist I

OverviewThe Enrollment Development Specialist I (EDS I) supports all marketing efforts for AltaMed Senior Care Services, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). He/she will conduct marketing events to increase PACE awareness within an assigned geographical area. The EDS I focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community based organizations and will be the initial primary point of contact representing PACE to the senior population within culturally diverse populations and underserved communities. The primary responsibility for the EDS I is to increase census for their assigned PACE location. He/she must be able to identify new referral sources, generate new leads, schedule visitors to tour PACE center(s) and procure qualified leads to enrollments. The EDS I will be responsible for professionally representing the AltaMed PACE program by maintaining strict adherence with local, state, and federal laws, and AltaMeds Business Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior. The EDS I must work as part of a team, concentrating on the delivery of high quality services to all of our customers. He/she will be instrumental in supporting the PACE site Center Manager with retention strategies to maintain member census.ResponsibilitiesPresent and deliver presentations promoting AltaMed Senior Care Services, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly to various groups throughout the PACE service area.Produce self-generated leads. Schedule visitor(s) for tours and presentations, conduct outreach and thorough follow-up with all potential clients for enrollment in AltaMed programs.Maintain and report production results, daily/weekly/monthly. Keep accurate records to track all individual productivity through the implemented department systems such as: CRM database, daily tracking reports and spreadsheets.Strictly adhere to State and Federal laws and DHS regulations and policies regarding marketing practices for AltaMed Senior Care Services and CMS PACE Marketing Guidelines.Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources within the PACE geographical service area. Forward non eligible PACE leads to AltaMeds Marketing Call Center.Mail/deliver information about AltaMeds comprehensive health and social services to various community based organizations that serve seniors residing within the PACE service area.Organize and conduct a minimum of 2 events per month, 1 internal and 1 external. Presentations will be geared to service area hospitals, schools, churches, social agencies, senior centers and other healthcare agencies, and to other interested groups.Develop and maintain referral sources by utilizing contact databases, which become proprietary collateral of AltaMed Health CareServices.Set up canopy, tabletop, chair, and marketing materials, and distribute collateral to promote AltaMed Senior Care Services PACE program at various community and healthcare events.Develop a quarterly 30/60/90 marketing plan with market analysis to generate qualified leads, visitors and enrollments.Collaborate with Center Managers and operational teams to develop retention strategies to maintain membercensus.Perform other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to working events in the evenings andweekends.Assigned geographical territory may be subject to change based on business need.QualificationsB.S./B.A. degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.Minimum of two (2) years direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience in the required.Experience working with senior adult and/or underserved populations preferred.Bilingual: Spanish/English, English/Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese, or English/Vietnamese preferred.Job SummaryJob ID: 2022-13948Category: Sales
