The HR Technology Analyst Senior is responsible for delivering one or more multi-year internal-facing technical or strategic programs within HR.

Partnering with HR and the business key stakeholders on job analysis and role development and serving as the liaison with digital and IT drawing meaningful connections and translating complex business needs into application technology solutions.

Specifically, this role oversees setting up automated identity lifecycle management and role-based access control solutions to enhance security, support business processes to optimize service, manage risk and improve the overall onboarding and associate experience.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Works as a team and across the organization on identity and role-based access management control tasks related to job analysis, attributes and policy-based end user access to build a sustainable model and governance.

Completes job analysis focusing on functional activities, responsibilities and authorization levels.

Maps job analysis information collected to Anthem’s role-based attribute framework to drive auto provisioning of application entitlements.

Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs.

Develops or collaborates with Development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.

Translates business requirements into process and policies with appropriate owners and oversight in place.

Advises HR Business Partners on design, implementation, and status.

Acts as a resource to users to address questions/issues.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

8 or more years of broad HR experience with subject matter expertise in one or more HR areas.

At least 2 years of project leadership practices and experience working across large environments with large scale implementation.

Job analysis and role development experience working with the business and compensation.

Advanced knowledge of multiple IT controls and security policies.

Ability to travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday and SailPoint strongly preferred.

Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and decision-making.

Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels.

Strong ability to analyze and manipulate data and communicate compelling and concise analysis.

Must be able to apply agile techniques and processes.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Successful at building strong relationships and work collaboratively.

Ability to liaison between business and tech to understand current state, translate needs, articulate issues, document and track progress, and recommend solutions for future state.

Strong background in identity lifecycle management and governance and role-based access control best practices.
