The job responsibilities include: Review/edit pre-bills Execute complex bills (discounts, split parties, etc) e-Billing Process write-offs Research and respond to billing inquiries The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 3 years working hands-on in a law firm billing role Experience with Elite, Aderant, Tabs3 or other law firm billing software Work at a fast pace, be able to handle a high volume desk Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
