This is a Full-time position in Anaheim, CA posted February 3, 2022.
We are looking for a Mail Insert Operator Assistant. This will be a “true” long term temp role. It will be needed for 3-4 months maybe longer depending on workload. There are currently openings on the first and second shift. The duties are described below:
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 1st Shift = 4am-12pm, 2nd Shift = 12:30pm – 9:00pm
Job Requirements:
- Gather completed job tickets and deposit in the appropriate location bins
- Clear out cardboard from work areas to the appropriate bins, pallets, etc.
- Assist in keeping insert stations full , like inserts and return envelopes.
- Assist in writing down re-prints / jammed mail pieces
- Assist on trimming the tray tag tickets
- Assist on supplying envelopes/USPS supplies, if Warehouse personnel is not in the Department
- Assist in strapping and sleeving completed trays
- Taking full pallets out to the Warehouse
- May work on multiple machines
