NPI Project Engineer

Position Overview

Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes in audio/video product line.

Will develop, evaluate, implement, and improve manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication process, assembly methods, and tooling and production equipment.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• BSEE or BS Degree in Manufacturing Technology
• 5+ years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment dealing with new product startup
• Experience with PCB Assembly, electro-mechanical and cable components, assemblies, testing and instrumentation a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings a plus
• Experience in manufacturing process development for new product rollout.
• Experience with project management, prototyping, and transferring products into production.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
