and worldwide.n n n nWe have immediate openings for Product Associate to join our team.n n n nSchedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am
– 5pm with 2 Saturday”s per month ( 9am-1pm)n n n n WHAT YOU”LL DO n n n nThe Product Associate will partner cross-functionally with various departments to develop promotional and marketing tools to maximize sales.

This role is responsible for the planning & forecasting of the product, and analyzes the product life cycle.n nEvaluate investment needed to support a launch of a new item and determine whether the ROIC is appropriate.n nPartner with Merchant/Buyer in implementation of new products into current operations.n nFacilitate production ramp up.n nPartner with Merchant/Buyer in ensuring proper quality assurance process.n nDevelop and maintain product cost models.n nPerform capacity analysis to determine impact of new items on current production processes.n nPartner with international suppliers on product development, purchase order placement, and inventory flow.n nAnalyze and manage proper inventory flow, including demand planning & forecasting, expedites, defers, diverts, purchase order placement, pricing analysis and assessment, and receipt of goods.n nVisits customers and promotes materials.n nAnalyze prices, specifications, and delivery dates and awards contract to bidders or places orders with suppliers.n nOptimizes inventory levels by warehouses, by products, in partnerships cross-functionally across the company.n nAnalyze and provide assessments & recommendations on product life cyclenew product introduction, existing product promotion, rationalization, discontinuation and close-out.n nPartner cross-functionally across National Marketing, Products, and Sales to develop promotional and marketing tools to maximize sales.n nPerforms additional duties as required and or requested.n n n n SKILLS YOU”LL NEED n n n nBachelors degree and/or college coursework required.n n2-4 years of experience in product management, supply chain, business strategy, finance, or other quantitative fieldn nStrong analytical and quantitative ability.n nExcellent academic achievements.n nExcellent communication skills.n nExcellent project management skills.n nExcellent critical thinking skills.n nStrong leadership skills.n n n n COMPENSATION/BENEFITS n n n nup to $60,000n nMedical, Dental, Vision and Life plann nPaid holidays and vacationn n401kn n n n NEXT STEPS n nApply Now takes less than 30 seconds to complete a quick form.n nWe personally review every application and we take it very seriously.n nFor obvious reasons, we may not be able to respond to every application.n nHowever, if you need to follow up on your status, feel free to email Naomi Bunce (Naomi at 7Eagle dot com) after four business days.n n n n We strongly encourage Veterans and Military Spouses to apply.
