Production Assistant

JOB SCOPE To assist Production Supervisor in organizing, and coordinating all aspects of production on a day to day basis.

Insure that all jobs are 100% ready prior to start of installation.

See jobs go through the entire production cycle from survey, ordering materials, finishing, production, and manufacturing, through the start of installation.

DUTIES Assist Production Supervisor in: Purchasing materials for every project Issue all production paperwork to the shop to be produced Address and resolve any production questions Support installation team with materials needed for their project Help out answering phone calls Working with vendors MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proficient with Excel, Word, QuickBooks and Outlook Highly motivated and independent Proven ability to manage time and work at a face pace Attention to detail Cabinet Vision or Auto Cad experience a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Woodworking experience is a plus Measuring experience a plus Company Description Mr.
