Job Description

We’re excited to find the right Media Production Coordinator to join us! We are looking for an individual who loves to coordinate and aid in video productions. To be a successful Media Production Coordinator in our company, this person needs to be organized, detail oriented, efficient, with an eagerness to help out on film sets.

This role best suits someone who has a background business admin or production coordination and has exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the media team in daily tasks and production shoots
  • Search for models, locations, and book on-set crews for upcoming shoots
  • Purchase and select props for the upcoming shoots with the guidance of the cinematographer
  • Complete expense reimbursements for models, props, and other filming purchases.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks on-set to help the production run smoothly
  • Update expense sheet with production expenses
  • Organize equipment and perform inventory checks
  • Maintain the production team warehouse
  • Update team calendar with project information regarding models, crew, and location
  • Ensure product samples are ready for each shoot
  • Create call sheets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • An artistic eye for set design
  • Must be able to work in a diverse team environment with openness to feedback
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Google Suite
  • Excellent computer skills
