Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Position: Shipping and Receiving CoordinatorLocation: Anaheim, CAPay rate: $16.00
– $18.000 nn Essential Functions and Responsibilities: nn nn
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conditions of shipments.nn nn
• Determine proper quantity to be shipped.nn nn
• Pull parts from production or stock.nn nn
• Check part for defective material and production.nn nn
• Prepare proper packaging.nn nn
• Review orders, production schedules, drawings, and shipping or receiving notices to determine work sequences and material shipping dates.nn nn
• Generate shipping documents and ship to customer.

Ensure the appropriate shipping account is being used.nn nn
• Receive all incoming shipments and place them in the appropriate location.
