Steam Cleaning Laborer

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Steam Cleaner based out of Orange County, CA. The Steam Cleaner will assist in cleaning storefront sidewalks, trash receptacles and trash chutes.General Responsibilitieso Clean up any loose debris, pull hoseso Sweep storefront sidewalks and remove any hazardous, loose debriso Place sandbags at all doorways to prevent water from seeping inside stores and place cones to warn pedestrians.o Appropriately use soap, water and chemicals for cleaning and stain removalo Steam clean sidewalk, trash receptacles and trash chuteso Remove all trash bins from the trash enclosure and pick up any loose debris on the ground and place in dumpstero Responsible for the operation of power tools such as a steam cleaning gun and spinnero Spray and steam machine to remove dirt, grease, and grimeo Determine the right chemical solution for cleaningo Keep stock of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipmento Moving furniture as necessary for cleaning purposeso Take care of company vehicle, notify management of mechanical issues or services neededWork Schedule + Benefitso Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)o Salary: $14-16.75/houro Hours: Graveyard shift: 6:00pm-5:00amo Four nights per week, 10-hour shiftso Work nights: Monday-Fridayo Travel (Driving) is required throughout Southern Californiao Medical, dental, visionQualifications* Cleanup experience a plus* Work experience in steam cleaning (preferred)* Experience using a steam cleaning gun and/or pressure washer* Proven track record of dependability and attention to detail* Strong commitment to achieve company cleanliness standards* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record* Physical requirement: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Qualifications* Cleanup experience a plus* Work experience in steam cleaning (preferred)* Experience using a steam cleaning gun and/or pressure washer* Proven track record of dependability and attention to detail* Strong commitment to achieve company cleanliness standards* Valid drivers license and a clean driving record* Physical requirement: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
