Job Title: Medical Receptionist (Floater)
Location: Mission Viejo, CA 92651
Job Description: (MR may float in different departments OB, ENT etc)
Serve as front desk associate for medical clinic
Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance and collect co-pays
Prepare charts for patients
Present a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor to patients
Requirements:
Shift: 8am – 5pm
Minimum 6 months experience in a medical setting
Able to multitask
Polished, professional, and empathetic
Able to start as soon as cleared
Preferred experience: EMR experience ( this is a plus and not a must-have)
