Responsibilities: Build and maintain meaningful relationships on both a business and consumer level Efficiently manage warm leads and execute successful sales strategies, lead generation, and prospecting Meet with families and individuals in the funeral home partner’s community, and assist in prearranging and prefunding funeral services through a preneed policy Deliver sales presentations and effectively manage general relationship development Demonstrate common sense, warmth, and empathy as you overcome objections and build value in appointments Understand and sustain the Precoa business model Partake in various ongoing job training Education and qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience Sales acumen Strong relationship development and communication skills Tremendous work ethic and competitive mindset Ability to obtain an insurance license (and state licenses if required) Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary commensurate with experience and ability competitive commission and bonus Employee Health, Dental, and Vision benefits 401k, with a 2% company match $10,000 Life Insurance Policy Company Description Precoa is a national sales and marketing company within the preneed insurance/funeral planning industry. We establish partnerships with premier market leading funeral homes and implement a lead generation and marketing system called Proactive Preneed.
