Job DescriptionPosition SummaryProvides service and technical support on ATM, PIN-based POS and TellerPhone related systems and procedures to Wescom Credit Union members and other internal departments. Also provides support to Wescom Resources Group (WRG) client support staff to resolve staff inquiries. Actions support the achievement of department and credit union objectives. Acts in accordance with Wescoms core values.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides exceptional service to Wescom members and credit union staff, as well as WRG members and staff. Resolves difficult issues which often require creative and service oriented decision making. Makes appropriate financial decisions to waive fees, finance charges and write off transactions.Performs a variety of complex tasks which may include (but are not limited to) dispute processing, fraud management, and GL reconciliation.Maintains a working knowledge of a number of systems including: Symitar, Tandem, ACI Base 24, Enguard, Star Station, CO-OP Network Data Navigator, and Diebolds NetOp and DECAL.Participates in/coordinates special projects as needed.Stays informed about changes in regulations, policies and procedures related to ATMs, IVRs and PIN-based card activities – ATM cards and Visa Check Cards.Participates in the ongoing support of mergers, conversions and WRG ATM deposit processing conversions.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Position QualificationsMinimum Education High School DiplomaMinimum Experience 6 months as an Electronic Services Rep. I, or 2 years financial services experiencePreferred Field of Expertise General understanding of ATM systems and hardware, Regulation E, Tandem Base 24 and shared network adjustment systems.Administrative Skills Analyze DataBalance figuresCompile DataSet and meet dead linesProficient in MS OfficeUse all systems required to perform jobPhysical Demands Eye/Hand CoordinationPerform repetitive movementIntermittent walking, standing and sitting Driving Requirements NoneSupervise: Level Guide new co-workers performing similar work.Equipment Operated ComputerTraditional Office EquipmentCommunication Skills Prepare reports, emails, member lettersWrite proceduresOral presentationsFluent in EnglishSecond Language Desired
