Reports To: Sr. Inside Sales Specialist Location: Anaheim, CA Learn More at: What it Takes To Be a Successful Inside Sales Specialist: · Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company’s established distribution channels. · Manage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory region. · Network and maintain constant contact with distributors and manufacturers. · Lead follow up with manufacturers. · Prospect, qualify, and generate sales utilizing OneSolution CRM, Pipeline-Management through documentation of customer interactions. · Conduct virtual selling opportunities (Zoom, Teams) in addition to inbound and outbound phone contacts. · Use phone and email to contact prospects and identify appropriate contacts; qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. · Consistently hit sales KPI’s. · Consistently hit monthly goals for sales and pipeline growth. · Keep manager informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports. · Educate customers on the ROI of product by providing online presentations and product knowledge. · Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments with our partner manufacturers and distributor channels. · Work closely with Key Account Managers, Distributors and Manufacturers. · Attend ongoing webinars and product training sessions. What You Need Under Your Belt to Be Considered: Education: · Bachelor’s degree Skills & Competencies: · At least 2 years customer service and/or B2B sales experience ideally in manufacturing or distribution; required · Proficient using Microsoft Office tools; i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook · Must be organized · Must be a self-starter and able to work independently · Creative thinker that can easily solve customer problems with multi-line solutions · Must possess high energy and drive with a real desire to build business · Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and time management skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Comfort with leading and participating in virtual meetings through Microsoft Teams and Zoom · Demonstrated ability to progressively manage and maintain contacts with established customers · Flexible when priorities shift · Must be a team player · Must be a good listener · Ability to read a situation and address conflict in a proactive manner · Ability to follow a sales system where closing is the end result · Decision making ability Bonus Points: · MRO Industrial supply background; preferred · Experience with business-to-business sales; preferred · Moderate understanding of CRM software; particularly Pipeline-Management · Experience with industrial sales distribution; preferred but not required.
