Essential Job Functions:

• Maximize Sales
• Personnel training and development
• Merchandising
• Inventory control
• Margin control
• Cash control
• Maintaining store operating times based upon established hours
• Communication between store and SFC headquarters
• General store housekeeping and maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

• One to three years of retail sales experience
• Basic computer skills, operating knowledge of Word, Exel and Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal communication skills required
• Excellent Customer Service skills

The ideal candidate may possess the following knowledge or skills:

Under-graduate degree in business and 2 to 4 years of retail store sales experience

• Documented success in retail store sales,

• High School diploma or equivalent
