JOB TITLE: Sales Support Specialist​

  • Pay Rate: $21.00/HR
  • Hours: 9AM – 6PM


  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, minimum of 1-3 in selling security products through the is preferred
  • High School, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • A depth of knowledge of all key areas or security sales
  • Sales and channel experience with strong understanding of the sales process and sales qualification

  • Must also demonstrate attention to detail so that they enter requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments.

  • Drive relationships with key partners sales and end-customer accounts, acting as the Commercial Sales Support while focusing on business development opportunities
  • Provide sales operational support for Sales Reps and Sales Managers, such as assistance on account mapping, quote development and exceptions, deal tracking, etc.
  • Qualify potential customers with appropriate credit reporting agency
  • Drive adoption of both internally and externally Commercial Sales processes
  • Be a point of escalation for partner support, sales, service, and operational questions and problems
  • Develop full knowledge of Commercial Sales products and processes to ensure optimal support in pre-sales and post-sales situations
  • Completion of private and public bid documents
  • Completion of submittal documents (data sheets) and licensing paperwork
  • Completion of pre-approval documents for general contractor & public bids
  • Issuance of COI (Certificates of Insurance)
  • Release of lien issuance and verification
  • Contractor Close-out documentation to include the following:
    • Sending out and processing Warranty Letters
    • Final release of lien upon completion of work and final payment
    • Verification of permit closeout
    • Copy of approved plans & permits
    • Track and manage all incoming sales engineering requests
    • Assign sales requests to available engineer based on system type and workload
    • Manage and track all legal review requests.
    • Printing of all engineered drawings
    • Compiling all submittal documents and drawing for mailing to SSO
    • Receipts and tracking of all credit applications
    • Investigation of customer credit information for approval and dispute management
    • Issuance of AHJ notifications of non-pay or cancelling accounts that will be no longer monitored in 30 days, letters to AHJ advising account has been disconnects, accounts requiring fire watch and cleared deficiencies
