Performs restores when necessary.

Pulls ACH files from FED.

Performs system/disk reorg’s.

Ability to run and execute month-end processing.Creates, maintains, and updates Symitar jobs and schedules.Conducts routine back-ups of systems monitored, maintains all department hardware, assists in the training of other operators on new and current process, and communicates with vendors, receive and send files to 3rd party vendorsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School education and one to two years experience in related field required.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to navigate through Symitar operating system, support Symitar’s software, create reports, modify batch jobs in Symitar, use Windows 9x, NT and 2000, MS Office, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to compute rates, ratios and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
