Qualifications
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing Laws
Apartment software experience is a bonus
Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required
Responsibilities
Greet and qualify rental prospects
Log telephone and in-person visits
Conduct community and apartment tours with prospects
Inspect available apartments to ensure they are “market ready”
Communicate service needs to the property manager
Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00
– $21.00 per hour
Work Location: One location
