nn Job Description: nn nn n nn nnThe Branch Claim Manager is responsible for the oversight of a standalone satellite office of the organization consisting of Supervisors/Team Leaders, Adjusters and Administrative personnel.

May have various regions to operate consisting of multiple units whose responsibility is to conduct efficient timely investigations and proper disposition of claims in accordance with corporate and/or client guidelines and handling state requirements.nn nn n nn nnIs responsible to ensure that the corporate quality and standards are met.

Handles and resolves escalated claim and personnel issues.nn nn n nn nnProvides input that affect the area of responsibility and may assist in the preparation of the branch office budget.nn nn n nn nnReports as prescribed on department goals and achievements.nn nn n nn nnStays current with ever changing technology making recommendations when necessary for the better of the Claims Department.nn nn n nn nnMay be called upon to assist in local marketing.nn nn n nn nn Requirements: nn nn nn Must have current California Adjuster license Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Prior supervisory and/or management experience.

Ability to work remotely.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications.

Ability to create/maintain spreadsheets, charts and diagrams.
