Reporting to the Director of Operations this individual will be tasked with driving Business Process Re-engineering across the Manufacturing

Champion Lean/6-sigma and continuous improvement / Business Process Re-Engineering across the operation.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree MBA preferred.

KNOWLEDGE OF Lean methodologies.

Successful track record with Lean & Lean 6-Sigma tools, processes with a demonstrated ability to effectively train the organization to implement processes.

Demonstrated history of success in breakthrough process improvements across a spectrum of disciplines, functions and business processes.
